📣 We are proud to announce two new appointments to the MFSD Panel of Examiners of the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) System, approved by ICANN.
🇩🇪 Peter Müller (Germany) – Attorney-at-Law, Partner at PM Legal, Munich, and Certified IP Lawyer with over 25 years of experience in trademark, copyright, unfair competition and domain name law. Peter is widely recognised as a leading expert in online brand protection and domain dispute resolution, representing major international clients before German courts and arbitration panels. 🇪🇸 Danilo Ruggero Di Bella (Spain) – Attorney-at-Law, Founder of Bottega DI BELLA – Law & Consultancy (Alicante and Prato), with a strong academic and professional background in international law, IP, ICT and ADR.
