RULES
URS domain disputes are handles by MFSD in accordance with:

the Uniform Rapid Suspension System Procedure (URS Procedure), approved by Internet Corporation fo Assigned Numbers and Names (ICANN) on March 1st, 2013, and updated February 21st, 2024, to reflect changes required to implement the Registration Data Policy

the Uniform Rapid Suspension System Rules (URS Rules), approved by ICANN on June 28th, 2013, and updated February 21st, 2024, to reflect changes required to implement the Registration Data Policy, and
-
MFSD's Supplemental Rules for URS (Supplemental Rules)
Calendar Days means that all days, including weekends and international and national holidays, shall be counted in determining all deadlines and due dates.
Exceptions-Deadlines in the event that:

a deadline falls on an Italian Public holiday, as defined here and listed below, the deadline shall be extended to the following Calendar Day

a Calendar Day deadline falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline shall be extended to the following Calendar Day.
