⚖️ We are delighted to announce two new appointments to the MFSD Panel of the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) System, approved by ICANN.

🇲🇾 Anita Gerewal (Malaysia) – Advocate and Solicitor with over 15 years’ experience in intellectual property, domain name disputes, and dispute resolution. Anita has been actively involved in UDRP and MYDRP proceedings, published widely, and will contribute as a Panelist proficient in the Malay language, further strengthening MFSD’s multilingual capacity. 📸 Left

🇲🇹 Jonathan Abela Fiorentino (Malta) – Advocate and National Expert of MFSD within a consultancy project with the Council of Europe, dedicated to the training of judges and lawyers in mediation and ADR procedures. His dual role as practitioner and trainer enriches the Panel with both practical and institutional expertise. 📸 Right.
