Cooling Off is MFSD's editorial and cultural project dedicated to ADR, negotiation, and the modern, constructive, and peaceful management of disputes. An ecosystem open to professionals, institutions, and new ideas, it currently comprises five initiatives:

The Journal
A digital, technical, and scientific legal journal, registered on May 3, 2013, under no. 130 in the Press Register of the Court of Milan, with online ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) no. 2282-5231, dedicated to the analysis and evolution of ADR. The articles are listed below.

Conversations with professionals, scholars, and industry leaders to explore, in a direct and immediate way, conflict management methods and experiences.
