DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

MFSD Directors and Officers are professionals who carry out the following activities:

• management, administration and control of compliance of acts and times with applicable rules and regulations

• selection and appointment of neutrals

• control of the quality of procedures

• relationship with supervisory authorities

• promotion of procedures to users and professionals

• planning and coordination of training activities.

In order to comply with the principle of impartiality and neutrality established by the regulations and best national and international practices, the Directors and Officers are not included, despite having the qualifications and technical skills, in the rosters of Mediators, Arbitrators and Panelists held by MFSD.

And to ensure the highest possible quality of the procedures administered and the training provided:

• Pierfrancesco C. Fasano is Mediation and Design Policy Lead Director (OdM)

• Yana Zhou is Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS) and Adjudicative Director

• Raffaella M. Pileri is the Scientific Director of the Academy (EF)
