• explains the features of the potentially most suitable service, and

• provides preliminary information regarding procedures, timelines, and costs.

• does not assess the merits of the dispute

• does not constitute legal advice, a definitive case assessment, or a judgment on the parties' positions

• takes place online, unless otherwise required

• lasts approximately 30 minutes

• is free and confidential

• can address an existing dispute, an evolving conflict, or a proactive need

• helps identify the possible next steps
