MFSD joins Euro Net Mediation, a network of European Centres for out-of-court dispute resolution, awarded by the European Commission as part of the Special Project 'Civil Justice' (2007-2013).

MFSD is a partner of InMEDIATE, a project financed by the European Union through the Erasmus Plus Program (2014-2020) and developed by the cooperation of 7 Universities and Mediation Centres from Germany, Italy and Poland, with the aim of establishing a profile common European curriculum for International Mediator.

MFSD is provider (2024-2026)  to the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) of the Council of Europe for consultancy services relating to the development, adaptation and implementation of alternative dispute resolution tools in particular Mediation for Bulgaria, Latvia, Malta, Albania, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Morocco.

MFSD is the first Italian, private and independent body for the out-of-court online resolution of civil and commercial disputes.
