DIRECTOR

 

To ensure the quality of its initial and continuing education programs and to fulfill the obligations set forth in the legislation governing the out-of-court resolution of civil and commercial disputes, MFSD, as a training organization, must employ a scientific director with a clear reputation and experience in mediation, conciliation, or alternative dispute resolution. This person, in relation to their role and professional activity, has had the opportunity to integrate academic and professional experience in the specific field of mediation and alternative dispute resolution tools.

 

The Scientific Director:

certifies and validates for regulatory bodies (e.g., the Ministry of Justice) and recipients both the completeness and adequacy of the initial and ongoing training programs and planned events, as well as the participation and attendance at continuing education courses for trainers organized, promoted, and conducted by MFSD.

ensures the quality of the training provided by MFSD, the completeness, adequacy, and timeliness of the training program and events offered, and the skills and experience of the trainers, including those acquired abroad.

periodically communicates the training program and the names of the selected trainers to the Ministry of Justice or other regulatory bodies.

The Scientific Director of MFSD, accredited by the Ministry of Justice as a Training Institution for Civil and Commercial Dispute Mediators, is Raffaella M. Pileri.

The Scientific Director draws on the support of Trainers accredited by MFSD at the Ministry of Justice or other research and training institutions, as well as other trainers and academics, to design and organize the annual training and refresher program and coordinate its implementation.

The courses are taught by Trainers, both theoretical and practical, with extensive teaching, academic, and training experience in the out-of-court resolution of civil and commercial disputes, both in Italy and abroad.
