Here below the European legislation on digital services (so-called Digital Services Act - EU Regulation 2022/2065) which, among other things, also regulates the out-of-court disputes settlement between Users and Online Platforms, the Rules, which govern the case management, the Conflict of Interest Rules and the Code of Ethics by MFSD.
