Read European Union Digital Services Act (EU DSA), our Rules and Fees, and, if you deem it appropriate, after having relied on a professional expert in the online rights protection, file online a Request to claim your rights. MFSD will notify the case to the Online Platform and the dispute will be quickly settled, even in the absence of the Online Platform's acceptance. The Decision will be published on this Website.

Are you an Online Platform, have you responded to an Internal Complaint and have nevertheless received a User Request from MFSD? Read EU Digital Services Act, our Rules and Fees, and file online a Reply below, which MFSD will notify to the User. The dispute will be promptly settled. Joining out-of-court dispute settlement procedure fulfil one of the main obligations required by EU DSA to Online Platforms, as well as pay attention to the Users rights.

1. Read the EU Regulation 2022/2065, the MFSD Rules and the Fees
2. Download the Request form in Word format from the Forms Section and fill in the form
3. Enter all the User data
4. Choose the type of online illegal content
5. Choose the name of the Online Platform
6. Create one single file in PDF format
7. Upload in the form on the right
8. enter the date
9. Pay (online or by bank transfer) the Fees
10. File the Request and you will receive an e-mail with acknowledge confirming the filing
