Below are listed and freely downloadable the Decisions issued by the MFSD Decision Makers, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 21 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and in compliance with the MFSD Rules of Procedure.

The Decision on the outcome of the internal complaint might be one or more of the following:

​​​​

• ​​​the take down of the information or disabling access to it or limiting its visibility

• the suspension or termination, in whole or in part, of the provision of the service to the User

• the suspension or termination of the User's account

• the re-activation of monetization or demonetization, i.e. suspension, termination or otherwise limitation of the ability to monetize the information provided by the User

• the termination, by conciliation, settlement or waiver of the Request and/or the Response

• the inadmissibility, due to failure to exercise the internal complaint or due to exceeding the deadline for filing an internal complaint

• the dismissal, when the Request and/or the Reply has been filed, subjected to administrative control by MFSD and any event has determined the failure to start, without the appointment of the Decision-Maker

• the re-filling, when, following the total or partial dismissal, the Request has been re-filed, due to new and/or subsequent facts

Citation criteria: MFSD, Decision number and year, name of the parties, filling date and end date, name and surname of the Decision-Maker, outcome.
